Our LinkedIn Profile Writing Process

All of our clients start with a free introductory call to make sure we're a fit to work together, and to hone in on the specific areas where we can (or can’t) help. If we decide to work together, here’s what you can expect.

    Sign the Agreement

    When all signals are a go, we'll send over a brief digital agreement that clearly outlines what you can expect from us. This ensures that we’re 100% on the same page.

    Complete the Questionnaire(s)

    This helps us build the framework for your strategy call, and helps you prepare for a really productive conversation that brings your best experience to light.

    Get on a Strategy Call

    This step allows us to dig much deeper into your branding message, your background, and your experience, so that we can craft the perfect content for you.

    Sit Back and Relax

    While you’re waiting, we’ll be digging deep into the information you provided, the notes we took, and any relevant information about your specific goals. Before we send you the 1st drafts, at least two different writers will review and edit the work.

    Review our Work

    Once we feel great about the 1st draft, we’ll send you what we have. You’ll then have a chance to review, edit, and discuss the drafts with us. During this phase, we’ll work together to fill in gaps and “hone-in” to get everything just right.

    Wait for Final Edits

    After we get the draft to near final condition, a 3rd writer (our editor) will wrap things up by looking closely for issues like spelling, grammar, wording, spacing, consistency, etc.
